Initiate Your Request
Log into your Grailzee account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original designer boxes and dust bags, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the authenticity and condition of the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
